King George VI is a Great Western King named after King George VI of the United Kingdom who was king between December 11th 1936 and February 6th 1952.

Basis[]

King George VI is based on a GWR 6000 King Class 4-6-0. Specifically the real 6028. Three others survive, 6000 King George V, 6023 King Edward ll, and 6024 King Edward I.

Livery[]

King George VI will presumably be painted in the Brunswick Green of both the GWR and British Railways.
